The Korea Veterans Health Service serves as a “Happy Servant,” operating a structured and organized system that implements social contribution activities at each accounting unit as part of a company-wide framework to practice its sharing-oriented management, and actively promotes related initiatives.

Roles of the Volunteer Corps
- Chief Director (Head): Provides direction for strategic social contribution activities and fulfills social responsibility through service and sharing
- Social Contribution Steering Committee: Reviews and approves key matters related to social contribution activities
- Happy Servants Volunteer Group: Composed of employees from various departments with diverse talents; conducts volunteer activities such as medical services, skill donations, and community assistance
- General Affairs and Safety Department: Oversees social contribution activities, establishes and implements comprehensive operational plans, and promotes social contribution activities internally and externally
- General Affairs Office by Accounting Unit: Develops and implements detailed action plans for each area of social contribution activities
