The Korea Veterans Health Service serves as a “Happy Servant,” operating a structured and organized system that implements social contribution activities at each accounting unit as part of a company-wide framework to practice its sharing-oriented management, and actively promotes related initiatives.

Volunteer Group Organization
  • Head: Chief Director/Advisor: Auditor
  • Deputy Head: Managing Director/Secretary-General: Director of Administrative Support
  • Social Contribution Steering Committee: 10 Members
  • General Management Department: General Affairs and Safety Department
Happy Servants
  • Volunteer group (585 members) at 17 institutions
  • Team Leader: Internally selected
  • General Affairs Officer: Appointed

Roles of the Volunteer Corps

  • Chief Director (Head): Provides direction for strategic social contribution activities and fulfills social responsibility through service and sharing
  • Social Contribution Steering Committee: Reviews and approves key matters related to social contribution activities
  • Happy Servants Volunteer Group: Composed of employees from various departments with diverse talents; conducts volunteer activities such as medical services, skill donations, and community assistance
  • General Affairs and Safety Department: Oversees social contribution activities, establishes and implements comprehensive operational plans, and promotes social contribution activities internally and externally
  • General Affairs Office by Accounting Unit: Develops and implements detailed action plans for each area of social contribution activities
