About the Volunteer Group

The Korea Veterans Health Service serves as a “Happy Servant,” a structured and organized system that implements social contribution activities at each accounting unit, as part of a company-wide framework to practice its sharing-oriented management, and actively promotes social contribution initiatives.

Organization of the Volunteer Group
  • Head: Chief Director/Advisor: Auditor
  • Deputy Head: Director of Planning
  • Social Contribution Steering Committee: 10 members
  • General Management Department: ESG Management Department

  • Volunteer group across 19 organizations (620 members)

Roles of the Volunteer Group

  • Chief Director (Head): Provide direction for strategic social contribution activities and fulfill social responsibility through service and sharing
  • Social Contribution Steering Committee: Review and approve of key matters related to social contribution activities
  • “Happy Servants” Volunteer Group: Composed of employees from each organization with diverse talents; conduct volunteer activities such as medical service, skill donation, and helping hands
  • General Affairs and Safety Department: Oversee social contribution activities and establish and implement comprehensive operational plans; promote social contribution activities internally and externally
  • General Affairs Department by Accounting Unit: Develop and implement detailed action plans for each area of social contribution activities
