The Korea Veterans Health Service serves as a “Happy Servant,” a structured and organized system that implements social contribution activities at each accounting unit, as part of a company-wide framework to practice its sharing-oriented management, and actively promotes social contribution initiatives.

Roles of the Volunteer Group
- Chief Director (Head): Provide direction for strategic social contribution activities and fulfill social responsibility through service and sharing
- Social Contribution Steering Committee: Review and approve of key matters related to social contribution activities
- “Happy Servants” Volunteer Group: Composed of employees from each organization with diverse talents; conduct volunteer activities such as medical service, skill donation, and helping hands
- General Affairs and Safety Department: Oversee social contribution activities and establish and implement comprehensive operational plans; promote social contribution activities internally and externally
- General Affairs Department by Accounting Unit: Develop and implement detailed action plans for each area of social contribution activities
