Eligible Patients for the Home Nursing Care System

• Patients requiring specialized nursing care (e.g., those using ventilators or oxygen equipment)
• Patients with conditions such as stroke or severe diabetes who have difficulty visiting medical facilities, and patients with pressure ulcers
• Postoperative patients discharged early and cancer patients
• Other patients referred to by the attending physician
• Patriots, persons of distinguished service to the state, and patients covered by medical aid programs
