The VHS Hospital is a national public medical institution established to provide medical care, as well as physical and psychological rehabilitation services, for persons of distinguished service to the state and their families, including bereaved families, helping them lead healthy and fulfilling lives.

Purpose of the Veterans Hospice

The purpose of the Veterans Hospital Hospice Service is to provide comprehensive care for terminally ill inpatients, those who, due to aging, chronic degenerative diseases, or cancer, can no longer benefit from modern medical treatment. Through physical, psychological, social, economic, and spiritual support, we help patients maintain a dignified and meaningful quality of life until the very end, while also alleviating the pain and grief of their surviving family members.
