The foundation promotes social contribution activities through the systematic and organized operation of the “Happy Service Volunteers,” who implement social contribution programs within each accounting unit as part of the foundation’s organization-wide social contribution system to practice sharing management.

Roles of the Volunteer Group

  • Chairman (Director): Provides strategic direction for social contribution activities and fulfills social responsibility through service and sharing.
  • Social Contribution Steering Committee: Reviews and deliberates on major matters related to social contribution activities.
  • Happy Service Volunteers: Each department is composed of employees with diverse talents who participate in various volunteer activities such as medical services, talent sharing, and community support.
  • General Affairs and Safety Department: Oversees social contribution activities, establishes and implements comprehensive operational plans, and handles internal and external promotion of social contribution efforts.
  • General Affairs Departments by Accounting Unit: Establish and implement detailed plans for each area of social contribution activity.
