Admission Process

  1. 01Submit the Admission Agreement (hospital form) and Resident Registration Card.
  2. 02The patient or guardian must complete the form in person.
  3. 03Visit the Admission & Discharge Desk on the 1st floor of the Main Building, confirm the guidance, and move to the assigned ward.

    For psychiatric inpatients admitted by a legal guardian, the following documents must be submitted: one copy of the patient’s Resident Registration Certificate and one set of guardian-related documents (Resident Registration Certificate, Family Relation Certificate, or a document verifying legal guardianship). [According to Article 43 of the Act on the Improvement of Mental Health and the Support for Welfare Services for Mental Patients (enforced on April 8, 2021)]

Discharge Process

Discharge Decision
  • Payment of Medical Charges
    • Payment at the Discharge Billing Desk (1F, Main Building)

When the attending physician approves discharge, please receive final billing instructions from the nursing station in your ward.

Discharge Process

After paying your bill, please submit your discharge receipt to the nursing station, check your discharge medication and instructions, and then return home.

Nighttime and Holiday Discharge (Preliminary Discharge)
  • Regular discharge procedures are available at the Discharge Desk until 05:30 PM on weekdays.
  • For nighttime (after 05:30 PM) or holiday discharge, payment can be made at the Night Billing Desk inside the Emergency Medical Center. After payment of the pre-insurance amount, a preliminary discharge will be processed, and the exact amount will be notified after insurance review (approximately one week).

  1. 01After the attending physician decides admission, an Admission/Discharge Certificate will be issued (admission reservation available).
  2. 02Submit the Admission Decision Form to the Admission Desk to complete the admission process.
  3. 03For the assigned department, the nursing station will guide you to your patient room.
  4. 04When your attending physician approves discharge, please pay your bill at the Discharge Desk and receive your Discharge Certificate.
  5. 05After receiving the Discharge Certificate, you may return home.
