An act in which an individual or group voluntarily offers time and effort for others and the community without any financial compensation.

How to Apply: Individuals or groups wishing to volunteer may apply directly.
- In-person Application: Social Work Office Location: Basement 1, West Building (former Injection Room location)

Volunteer Hours
- Morning: 09:00 AM – 12:00 PM (3 hours)
- Afternoon: 01:30 PM – 04:30 PM (3 hours)
How to Participate
- Volunteer activity areas are determined after a phone or in-person consultation.
- Basic volunteer training is provided.
- Volunteers are assigned to selected activity areas.
- Additional volunteer training is provided occasionally.
- Long-term volunteers may receive meals, holiday gifts, and plaques of appreciation.
