Admission Process

  1. 01.Submit the Hospital Admission Agreement (designated form) and Resident Registration Card.
  2. 02.The patient or guardian must fill out the form directly.
  3. 03.Visit the Admission/Discharge Counter on the 2nd floor of the main building to confirm guidance and proceed to the assigned ward.

Discharge Confirmation

Payment of Medical Fees
  • Payment at the Admission/Discharge Counter (West Wing, 1F)

    When your doctor approves discharge, please receive final billing instructions from the ward nurse station.

Discharge Processing

After paying medical fees, submit your discharge receipt to the ward nurse station, confirm medications and instructions, and then you may leave the hospital.

Nighttime / Holiday Discharge (Preliminary Discharge)

  • Regular discharge processing is available at the discharge counter until 17:30 on weekdays.
  • For nighttime (after 17:30) or holiday discharges, payment (pre-insurance review amount) can be made at the Nighttime Administration Counter located in the Emergency Medical Center. Afterward, once insurance review is complete, the final bill will be calculated and notified (approximately one week).
