About the Department

Radiation therapy is one of the three major pillars of cancer treatment, alongside surgery and chemotherapy. At the VHS Medical Center’s Department of Radiation Oncology, we are dedicated to improving patients’ quality of life and achieving optimal outcomes through precision radiation treatments. Using state-of-the-art technology, we deliver highly accurate and safe treatments tailored to each patient, accounting for tumor location, size, and even breathing motion.
