What Is the Home Nursing System?
This system provides continuous treatment and nursing care at home for patients who require ongoing management after discharge or for those with chronic illnesses. A specialized home care nurse, in consultation with the attending physician, develops a treatment plan and visits the patient’s home to deliver necessary medical services.
- Service Provided
- According to the attending physician’s medical guidelines, the following care is provided, and the patient’s condition is reported to the primary doctor.

- Observation and documentation of patient condition
- Medication administration and injections as prescribed
- Home oxygen therapy / ventilator care
- Replacement and management of medical tubes
- Patient education, disease counseling, and referrals
- Comprehensive disease management
- Collection and referral of test samples
- Treatment and care for pressure sores, wounds, and surgical sites
- Cancer patient management
