The Medical Social Welfare Department provides counseling for patients and their families regarding psychosocial, emotional, and socioeconomic issues. It connects them with resources through collaboration with other professionals and organizations.
In addition, the department offers information on social welfare systems and services, operates programs and public lectures, and supports patients and families to receive treatment with peace of mind.

  • Referral by medical staff
  • Ask your attending doctor or nurse for a consultation with the Medical Social Welfare Department (interdepartmental referral).
  • In-person visit or phone call
• Consultation Hours: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm (Lunch break: 12:00 pm –1:00 pm)
• Location: 2nd floor, Building 3 (use the stairs near the Building 3 entrance)
