Since its opening in 1984, VHS Busan Hospital was relocated in May 1992 to its current site in Jurae 2-dong, Sasang-gu, on an approximately 66,000 ㎡ property equipped with state-of-the-art medical facilities and 240 beds. Following an additional 100-bed expansion in 1994 and a further 200-bed expansion in 2005, the hospital has grown into a comprehensive medical institution with a total of 540 beds, serving as the central healthcare hub of the Busan region.

Currently, medical professionals across 22 specialized departments are dedicated to caring for patients with the same compassion as they would for their own families. They are committed not only to promoting the health of the local community but also to establishing the hospital as a cultural space for all.
