TLSO Corset (Thoracolumbosacral)

• Used for soft tissue injuries of the thoracic and lumbar spine
• Also used for secondary kyphosis caused by osteoporosis
• Not suitable for severe injuries or spinal deformities (e.g., scoliosis)

Knight–Taylor Type

• Restricts flexion, extension, and lateral bending of the thoracic and lumbar spine
• Used for stable vertebral fractures or severe muscle strain
• Not applicable for unstable fractures

Body Jacket

• Used when maximum immobilization of the thoracic and lumbar spine is required
• Applied after traumatic fractures or spinal surgery
• Also used after herniated disc surgery or spinal fusion
• Not suitable for patients with sensitive or heat-reactive skin
