Above Elbow Prosthesis
- Used when the arm is amputated between the shoulder joint and the elbow joint.

Cosmetic Type
- Used for aesthetic purposes.
- Simple in structure and lighter than the functional type.

Functional Type
- Used for both cosmetic and functional purposes.
- Operates the prosthetic hand using a cable mechanism driven by movements of the body (shoulder girdle).
- Depending on the intended use, a hook or functional prosthetic hand can be selected, and both can be used concurrently.
