It supports both bead-based and non-bead-based assays, offering researchers a wide range of panel options. In addition, up to 100 target analytes can be analyzed in a 96-well plate using as little as 25 µL of sample.
8) Digital PCR
Digital PCR offers approximately 1,000 times higher sensitivity than real-time PCR and provides exceptional accuracy even for low-copy samples (below 5,000 copies/μL, with single-copy resolution). In addition, it enables easy absolute quantification of samples without the need for a standard curve.
9) Multiomics Mass Spectrometer
This high-resolution hybrid mass spectrometry system combines advanced quadrupole technology with high-performance Orbitrap technology, enabling reliable qualitative and quantitative analyses in proteomics and metabolomics.
10) Slide Scanner (Automated Tissue Scanning & Imaging System)
1. Using the automated digital fluorescence microscope, cellular and tissue responses such as cell differentiation, protein expression, and cytotoxicity can be observed. (It analyzes not only Hematoxylin & Eosin (H&E) stained samples but also samples labeled with fluorescent dyes.)
2. The imaging system consists of a high-intensity LED light source, filter cubes, optical filters, and high-quality lenses. It includes an autofocus function and allows complete control of the microscope system through software.
11) ELISpot Reader
The AID iSpot is one of the most successful ELISpot/FluoroSpot readers. Using the AID iSpot, both enzyme-based and fluorescence-based (FluoroSpot) ELISpot analyses can be performed.
12) Real-Time Nucleic Acid Quantification System (qPCR)
This instrument utilizes fluorescent labels, including the 5’ nuclease assay (TaqMan probe) and double-stranded DNA binding dye (SYBR Green I), to measure the quantity of target DNA or RNA in a sample in real time. It can be applied to a variety of analyses, such as quantification and detection of specific genes, mRNA expression levels, and comparison of relative gene expression between different groups.
13) Cell Separator
The AutoMACS Pro is an instrument that rapidly isolates target cells using very small magnetic microbeads conjugated with antibodies specific to target antigens and electromagnetic separation technology
14) Real Time PCR System
This instrument utilizes fluorescent labels, including the 5’ nuclease assay (TaqMan probe) and double-stranded DNA binding dye (SYBR Green I), to measure the quantity of target DNA or RNA in a sample in real time. It can be applied to a variety of analyses, such as quantification and detection of specific genes, mRNA expression levels, and comparison of relative gene expression between different groups.
15) Microplate Reader
This instrument is an RT-QuIC assay (Real-Time Quaking-Induced Conversion) analyzer used to detect the abnormal accumulation of alpha-synuclein—a protein associated with Parkinson’s disease—in the cerebrospinal fluid of patients with neurodegenerative disorders. Fluorescently labeled samples contained in plate wells can be measured using a filter-based method to accurately detect their specific emission wavelengths.
16) Library Quality Assessment Device (Automated Electrophoresis System)
