Service Area and Frequency

  • Service Area : Seoul and Gyeonggi-do: Within approximately 30 minutes of one-way travel distance
  • Visit Frequency : There is no limit on the number of visits; frequency may be adjusted depending on the patient’s disease progression and condition

Cost

Each visit is charged a 5% co-payment under national health insurance coverage (As of July 1, 2024)

  • Integrated Patient Management Fee : Calculated for continuous patient management and service provision (once per week)
  • End-of-Life Care Add-On
    • When end-of-life preparation is provided or a visit occurs on the day of death
    • 30% of the visit fee is added
  • Medical Service Fees : For medical procedures or prescriptions (e.g., medication, injections, wound care, and blood tests), a 5% co-payment applies (non-insurance items are 100% self-paid).
  • Payment Method
    • A KRW 100,000 deposit is paid in advance at the administration office
    • Visit fees are deducted from the deposit
    • Additional payments are requested if the deposit is insufficient; any remaining balance is settled at discharge
  • Reduction or Exemption
    • Full exemption for persons of distinguished service to the state for total cost relief
    • Partial exemption for families of persons of distinguished service to the state, war veterans, and those with military honors, based on applicable reduction rates
    • Medical aid beneficiaries pay 5% of transportation costs as their co-payment
