Composition of the Board of Directors

Our Board of Directors strives to operate with transparency and professionalism.

The Board of Directors makes decisions with the approval of a majority of its members, and members with a conflict of interest on any agenda item are not allowed to participate in the decision-making. This ensures that the Board operates objectively and makes rational decisions.

In addition, the Board strives for an optimal composition in which the expertise and capabilities of its members are balanced and harmonized, enabling efficient and strategic decision-making.

Selection and Appointment of BOD: Recruitment and selection are stipulated by the regulations governing the Korea Veterans Health Service’s Standing Director Recommendation Committee and Executive Recommendation Committee.
